International Forum: Psychology in a Digital World
This year's Global Psychology Alliance Summit in Kingston, Jamaica will include the half-day inaugural International Forum: Psychology in a Digital World (AI Forum) on March 19th. The AI Forum will feature two interactive discussion panels with experts on AI in psychology. The first panel will explore the opportunities and challenges of harnessing AI for psychological science, while the second panel will focus on AI's role in addressing mental health. The forum will also include an interactive working session bringing participants together to consider the ethical challenges of AI in psychological practice, science, and education. During this facilitated session, participants will work in small groups to address a set of questions designed to elicit current and anticipated ethical challenges faced by participant associations and potential objectives for addressing those challenges.
